Amazon.com is offering the Canon EOS 50D 15.1MP Digital SLR Camera with EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM Standard Zoom Lens for $1236 shipped. The Body only is available for $1100 shipped. The kit beats newegg by an astounding $363. Make no mistake about it, this is a very serious camera.

I would if I could. But Heck… I don’t even have one! Though, I do have an XSI and absolutely love it.

There has been a $11 price drop on the 28-135 kit making it $1225 and free shipping. The body only however, has gone up.
